TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LA CASA DE LAURA
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
To make a reservation, a down payment of 50% NON REFUNDABLE shall be sent to the Owner
at the bank that she tells you. The Owner will not consider the reservation until she has received
the initial payment of 50%. The tenant must pay the remaining 50% 5 days before arrival, or at
arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
With the remaining 50% or at arrival must be giving to the Owner an additional deposit which
will be retained by the Owner as a deposit for damages or any other debt. This is not considered
as income and will be returned to the Tenant once they have met the following:
Payment of any debts.
Leave the property clean and in habitable condition.
Return keys.
Send forgotten items.
(*) There will be a fee of 250.00 pesos for each key that is not returned.
GENERAL POLICIES
The arrival and registration is daily after 3:00 PM and before 8:00 P.M. The departure must be
before 12 P.M. Arrivals and departures are negotiable with an additional cost. A minimum of
500 pesos for arrival after 12 AM depending on time.
In the House of Laura if the stay is up to five days breakfast is included, if longer, you will have
complimentary breakfast for a couple of days. Providing food and drink (fruit, vegetables, meat
etc ...) for your needs the staff may do it with a cost of 15% for the service.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY
Lessee receives and accepts completely clean and in excellent condition the property and
agrees to care for and maintain it as is, this includes not alter or move or change their current
state if you do not have the authorization of the owner, this includes all items they are in such
property.
Lessee accepts responsibility for the damage that the building, furniture and / or equipment
suffers by his fault or negligence, the Lessee is also responsible for his family or friends to visit
them.
For all matters concerning the interpretation and application of this contract, the contracting
parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Cd. Of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato,
renouncing the jurisdiction that may be applicable due to their present or future domiciles or for
any other reason.
NOISE IN SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE
The owner is not liable for excessive noise near his home: as parties, church bells, fireworks,
music, etc ....
CONDITIONS OF RENT
Any complaint that the lessee has about the property or its personnel shall be made directly to
the owner, who will try to solve the problem or complaint immediately, if is in her person the
solve it, considering that if it is not in their hands, the response time will not be her
responsibility and in any case does not alter the terms of this contract.
The Tenant agrees to use the property only as place to live and solely. There will be ______
people living there. 50.00 dlls. per night will be charged per extra person.
Pets are not allowed in the House of Laura.
No children under 11 are not permitted.
The owner is not liable for accidents, pain or illness suffered by the Tenant, his family or his
guests, use of facilities including electricity, gas, stairs, balconies, ceilings, jacuzzi, etc.
When writing your data on the reservation form and press the button "SEND" means that the
Tenant has read and accepts the terms and conditions specified in this contract.
Note:
The schedule of the staff at La Casa de Laura is from 9:00 to 17:00 hrs. Any service outside these
hours will be charged separately, so if you arrive after 17:00 hrs. You will have to notify in
advance and will be an additional cost according to arrival time.
Tipping is appreciated by the employees, according to the service they have given .
